As we gather to discuss the future of our beloved sorority, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for each and every one of you. Your commitment and passion are what make our sisterhood so special. It is time for me to focus on my overall goal to ensure that the sisterhood and leadership core values are exercised 100% without my input.
As the founder, I have given a lot of thought to the direction of Gamma Theta Xi. I believe it's time for a shift that empowers all of you as sisters and leaders within our organization. To that end, I will be stepping away from voting and from the day-to-day planning of sorority events, meetings, national and chapter activities, recruitment and intake (after the current intake session). My aim was to create an environment where everyone has a voice and can actively participate in shaping our future. You are welcome to use the information that was provided tonight, but it is totally optional and your choice. The amount for activities beyond the crossing is now to be negotiated among members and end with a sorority vote to finalize. Remember the organization is what you make of it.
I want to ensure that our organization truly reflects the collective vision of its members. Therefore, I will now allow qualified members to take the lead on chapter and national operations. This is not just a transition; it’s a commitment to shared leadership and collaboration. I will focus on the corporate aspects, managing the overhead and legalities, while you all take the reins in guiding our sisterhood. You can create your own payment systems set amounts and more together.
Regarding our financial matters, I trust that those among you with the expertise will manage our finances wisely and determine how resources should be allocated. Our ongoing commitments, including bills for Calendly, Zoom, Incorporation registered agent, our website, and internet services, will continue as planned unless voted otherwise by the members. All other expenses will be extinguished tomorrow.

This is an exciting time for Gamma Theta Xi, and I am thrilled to see how our sisterhood will grow and thrive with your leadership. there is nothing you can’t do collectively.
