"Changing Our Communities with Gamma Theta Xi"
Greetings,
Welcome to the Gamma Theta Xi Sorority website page showcasing our regional locations and chapter information! Our sorority is a diverse and inclusive community of women who are committed to academic excellence, leadership development, and sisterhood.

Significance
Walden University holds a special place in the heart of our founder, who is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Health Psychology. It was during her time at Walden that she had the vision to create Gamma Theta Xi Sorority, Incorporated, a new African American Greek Letter Organization aimed at providing a more inclusive and flexible option for students who may have found it difficult to join traditional organizations. Inspired by her own journey from being part of a BGLO & multicultural organization in her past, she decided to offer this opportunity to her fellow students at Walden first, before extending the invitation to students at other universities. Being a student who completed her undergrad at the University of Phoenix and now currently at Walden University, through the creation of Gamma Theta Xi Sorority, Incorporated, her mission is to become a beacon of empowerment and unity for all students seeking a supportive and inclusive community.
